Be sure to bring your boat and paddle around in the lake, kayaks can try roll practice. Bring your kids and bathing suits for the beach. Come anytime around 6 PM. We will serve picnic dinner from 7-7:30pm. We can use the Lake until about 8:30. The meeting will be held at dusk. Additionally, there will be our annual race around the island.

The club will supply hamburgers, hot dogs, condiments, tableware and soft drinks. Members should bring appetizers, salads, vegetables and desserts according to your last name:

From Cleveland:
1. Take I-271 S or Ohio Turnpike to RT-8 (Boston Hts.)
2. Take Rt-8 south for many miles. Get off at 2nd Street exit in Cuyahoga Falls.
3. Turn left at the first traffic light onto Northlands Street.
4. Turn left again at the stop sign onto Front St. (RT-59)
5. Drive 1.1 miles on (RT-59) and turn left at the traffic light at Silver Lake Blvd. This is Silver Lake Village. Park at the club house on the right.

From Akron and south:
1. Take RT-8 north and get off at the Front St. exit (which is right after the Board Blvd. Exit).
2. Then follow directions item 5 above.
