Program: CPR Workshop
In preparation for our upcoming paddling season, Debbie Avallone will once again give us a guided workshop on current CPR technique. We will use the American Heart Associations CPR Anytime kit. To all of you who participated last year, please bring your kits and come for a review. To those who would be joining us for the first time, you can purchase your kit for $29.95 at CPR Anytime Kit , or call 800-233-1230. The kit is a great investment because you can use it to review at home as needed and to help family and friends become familiar with CPR. Order your kit early because it could take a week or so to get it. We’ll try to share as much as possible so come even if you aren’t able to buy your own kit.
