This is the guideline I've been given by more than one person for helping to determine whether Wilson's is running:

"If the Yadkin gauge at Patterson is 40CFS or better, then Wilson's is probably running. 50CFS is almost guaranteed that Wilson's is runable (at least 3" below 0). If the Watauga is also 200, you probably can't miss."
